Mandy Reinmuth grew up in Leipzig, Germany. Art has been her passion since childhood. After having finished her degree in design, she started to become active as an artist herself while also working as a free-lance interior decorator. As an artist, she created her personal style inspired by the unmistakable colours and forms of the 1970s, demonstrating a loving attention to the details in the appearance of her mostly female models, and representing a successful combination of today's young lifestyle and the retro elements of the 1970s. Mandy Reinmuth's lifestyle and fashion illustrations introduced a novel style in wall decorations on the German market and also became popular at an international level soon. This has turned her into one of the best known artists of Lounge Art. In addition to posters and art prints on canvas, other successful licensed products are available now, showing illustrations made by Mandy Reinmuth, and including, e.g., an artist puzzle edition, calendars, stationery items, mobile phone accessories and tableware.
